There are many different factors that effect your total dining experience: food quality, ambience, convenience, service, and value are just some of the factors that need to be considered when rating a restaurant. By providing you with separate ratings for cuisine, service, and atmosphere, The Restaurant Rant aims to give you an accurate picture of the dining experience you can expect at one of these fine establishments. The Restaurant Rant uses a rating system of 1-10 that includes half points. Elements such as a restaurants attached parking lot, vegetarian options, entertainment, take out and delivery service will all impact the final grade. The individual ratings of cuisine, service and atmosphere combine to produce the overall restaurant rating. Each type of restaurant brings with it a different set of expectations. While you wouldn’t expect a deli counter to have the same kind of ambience as a seaside bistro, they can both be exemplary in their own category. And who knows, that little deli counter just might have the kind if friendly, mom and pop vibe that raises it’s ambience level to the top of this scale. At The Restaurant Rant, our ratings reflect our desire to introduce diners to different flavors of the restaurant spectrum. |
