From time to time in our culinary adventures, we stumble upon a mind-blowing dish that stands well above the norm. It is on those occasions that this little corner of the Rant comes in handy.

Even though we call this page dish of the month, we may not switch out this page on a monthly basis. Our goal is to present dishes that are of an astounding nature and those types of dishes only come along once in a while. So, we might keep a dish up for more than a month.
