Nichols calls itself a neighborhood kitchen, and it really lives up to its name. Nichols is far better than your average coffee shop - but with very reasonable prices. During the breakfast rush you might find yourself waiting for a table, but there is usually a spot or two at the counter top.
Their breakfast are indeed delicious, and I’ve found myself ordering their creamy scrambled eggs for lunch and dinner as well.
The portions here are very generous. The salads come in small and large sizes, and most dinners will be quite full with the small size. Order a large Greek salad to split, along with two bowls of their freshly made soup. The flavors change every day, but they are consistently great. If you’d prefer something more traditional, their hot open faced turkey sandwich is great, as is their roasted tomato chicken.
Nichols isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s a homey restaurant with hearty food that really hit’s the spot. nvl. |
