When I’ve had a long and trying day, when nothing’s going right, and I feel like getting into bed and going to sleep in the middle of the afternoon, I think of Anthony’s Seafood, and my day gets better. Care has gone into their atmosphere, from the famous street signs, and huge lobster tanks, to the spectacular view of the mighty Mississippi River. The staff here is top notch - our drinks never dipped below half full, and they were happy to help us decide on what to order. You would never believe that you’re in a mall, mere meters from a bustling food court.
The food is fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. Lobster, crayfish, catfish, and shrimp are all fantastic. If you’re not a seafood fan, the Sausage Po’Boy has your name on it. Served with a hearty helping of crispy potato wedges, you can chose to have it mild or spicy. Feeling decadent? Walk on over to the lobster tank and pick one - some of these beauties looked big enough to serve two!
Sure, you could get greasy fast food, and fight for a table. Or you could walk a few feet to Anthony’s and let them show you their hospitality and great food. nvl. |
